The processing time depends on the user type and our banking partner review process.
- Personal Users (routed to DBS Bank)
Virtual Accounts are typically activated within about 5 minutes.
If additional review is required, the process may move into a Bank RFI, which can take 7 - 20 days depending on how quickly the requested information is provided. - Business Users (routed to SCB Bank)
Virtual Accounts are usually activated within 30 minutes to 1 hour.
