Platform Tools

To improve the merchant self-service experience, the StraitsX Business Dashboard includes Platform Tools that allow teams to manage integrations, monitor callbacks, and configure security settings without requiring engineering support.

The tools are divided into two categories based on user roles and responsibilities:

1. General Tools

These tools are designed for non-developer users, such as operations or admin teams, who need visibility into platform activity or access to support resources.

  • Callback Request History

Provides visibility into callback delivery attempts and server responses. Merchants can review callback logs to troubleshoot delivery issues. If a callback fails, merchants can retry the delivery directly from the dashboard by clicking the Resend Callback button.
  • View Documentation

Provides quick access to the StraitsX API documentation for integration references, implementation guides, and developer resources.
  • Contact Support

Allows merchants to submit support requests directly through the dashboard when assistance is required.

2. Developer Tools

These tools are intended for developers managing API integrations and technical configurations.

  • API Key and IP Whitelisting management

    Allows developers to:
  • Create, manage, label, and revoke API keys used for authenticating API requests.
  • Configure trusted IP addresses that are permitted to interact with the StraitsX API, enhancing security for production environments.
  • Callback URL Configuration

Allows developers to view and manage all configured callback endpoints and select the preferred payload format. This section allows developers to manage where event notifications are delivered and organize callback endpoints more clearly.
Callback events are organized into two categories:

1. Client Event: Events triggered by your platform’s activity on StraitsX.

2. End Customer Event (for DVA/DVA+): Events triggered by your customers’ deposits, withdrawals, and account changes.

  • Signing Key

Provides the signing key used to verify and decrypt callback messages sent by the StraitsX system, ensuring the authenticity and integrity of callback data.
