If verification is unsuccessful (for example, due to unclear documents or missing information), the profile will move into a Request for Information (RFI) status.
In this case:
- Your platform will receive a status update via API callback
- The user must resubmit corrected documents or provide additional information
- Once the required information is approved, onboarding can proceed
