What is required for Entity Verification (Corporate Users)?

Corporate onboarding requires standard business documents to verify the company’s legal status and ownership structure.

Typical requirements include:

  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Memorandum & Articles of Association (or equivalent constitutional documents)
  • Register of Directors and Shareholders (or equivalent Business Registry)
  • Board Resolution authorizing account setup
  • Identity documents and Proof of Address for key individuals, including:
    • Directors
    • Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs)
    • Authorized Account Manager(s)

Additional documents may be requested depending on the company structure or jurisdiction.
